I didnt apply for AP oroginally but did apply for EAD. the officer said that she was going toapprove my EAD when i had my interview on oct 14th but a month passed and nothing showed up. so i made an infopass appointment as 90 days have passed since i applied for my I-765 and they gave me a temporary EAD. Then i called customer service to findout what was going on since the officer originally during my I-485 interview said she was going to approve it the same day. The customer service lady said she is going to put a note in my profile enquiring about the details of what was going on in regards to EAd and then in next couple of weeks i got my EAD. May be you should contact customer serive or try Infopass if you 90 days have passed since you applied for EAD

Thank you for your reply.You called National custoner service or LOcal DO office?.When I called NCS they said I have to wait, My 90 days will be next week.Do U remeber which officer# u had for interview?One more thing I got my AP last week and MY online status has not changed yet.It still says"we got your application...".Did u have same problem?.Thanks for sharing.

I called the USCIS customer service number not the local DO number. My interviewer was a hispanic lady. i dont know her name but she was slim and her office was on the left side when you get of the elevator. i can get the interviewer number tomorrow if you want. About the AP case status not being updated, dont worry too much about it. you already have the papers with you so you would be OK.
