Anyone still waiting with I-140 RD Nov 2003

Hi, Is there anyone still waiting with I-140 RD of Nov 2003 or before. Please share your experiences.

RFE received Ins for 140 on 18 nov.2004 (4.5 months)
2 ead AP 3 feb 05
AP ap.21 March 05
2nd FP Biometric done 26 march 2005 ( all family)
LUD 485 28 and 29 march

waiting... no approval...

what is the reason you guys are waiting for 1.5 yrs is it stuck in FBI name check or what?

no idea about what is going on. There is no response from the INS.
LUD is 3/29 but no change onI-140.

Any thoughts/suggestions are appreciated.
