Anyone spoke to a TSC IO today (7/19/07)?

Been getting the "There are no immigration information officers available at this time" message since 9.15AM EST.

Wondering if anyone else has had any luck.

Please share.
 
I was able to talk to an IO at TSC

..a few minutes ago about my case. Had to wait for 32 minutes but the lady who answered the phone was very courteous and helpful....
 
just tried TSC @ 10:30 AM EST, same message "There are no immigration information officers available at this time"

Was experienced same. She was looked into my case so patience and gave me the matching answers what I had got from infopass.

last two days IO info was completely incorrect.

1)I asked why my case is still pending.
~She told me there is no Visa number allocated to my case and not assigned to officer.

2)Why its not? July visa bulletin is current right?
~All the visa's are being utilized and there may be a slim chance you might allocated a visa by end of this month. otherwise u have to wait until Oct.

3)Is NC and FP are cleared?
~Yes. NC is cleared in Sep'2005 and Fp results recieved on 5/11/07 next after my code1 fp.

Just crossing my fingers to get visa number allocated to my case. As per my knowledge and IO info.. who got visa allocated NC clear and FP valid current.

Don't know why I didn't get Visa allocated??? Praying for God.

Also, funnything is my wife 3rd EAD got approved mine is still pending.

Talked to TSC IO (earlier today tried 3 times and no IO at this time message came) and checked my case and told that it is waiting for Name check. My FP on May 14th was updated in the system. Changed Address online on this case also but not reflected in the system. So she changed the address.

I asked her about the name check in detail and she told me that it has to done to get the approval and there is no time frame for that even though 485 time frame is out of normal date. FBI has back log on this.

yesterday I talked to National service center and opened SR.

Any thing I should do more regarding NC in this last 10 days??

LaborBadhi - my dates are very similar to yours, and looks like I got the same person when I called this morning - she told me exactly the same thing! I am also curious as to why we did not get a visa allocated to our case... sounds like everything else is fine.
