Anyone spoke to a TSC IO in the last few days

Hi:
I am trying to speak to an Immigration Officer (IO) at the Texas Service Center for the last couple of days and every time I get transferred to the National Customer Service line. The reps at the National Customer Service aren't very helpful and don't give much information. Anyone knows why or any other way to speak to someone at TSC? I tried using the standard POJ method.

This has become very frustrating. Guess InfoPass is the only way out....

When you get transferred to TSC, the automated msg says " no immigration officers available to take your call" and transfers the call to National Cust. Service...

The USCIS officials must be brought to justice for what they are doing to the law-abiding people like us...idiotic f***ers
