How to deal with INS?
My wife\'s last name on all her documents (I485 Receipt, EAD, FP App.) has been misplaced with mine.
Somehow my company\'s attorney failed to correct it.
Does anyone know how to deal with INS about this?
Can she use the EAD for applying a new job?
How about FP App.?

Fake case
If the case is not direct case and word of mouth, I would consider it as fake case.
Rumor.
"Az-Boy\'s friend" I don\'t belive it. If it is Az-Boy himself, it would be OK.
Anybody can fake anything. There is no credible May RD case so far.
911 tragedy has created a blocked after April 2001 cases. I think the officers are working on saggregating the cases country wise and then some will undergo additional security check and some will get direct clearances.(hopefully)
I hope all this additional procedure does not shift the AD = RD + 8 month timing further.
May Rd can only hope realistically from January 2002, before that it is all tension, anxiety, greed and so on..
