Folks,
I filed my I130 immediate relative application via Fedex to the Texas Service Center - Dallas office. My application was received on July 16th 2007 by them. but till date i haevn't seen the check being cashed neither a receipt notice.
can you please post your experiences or if you happen to know if anyone has had a similar issue?
thanks

I wonder my friend why did you use Fedex? usps is the only best means to send your forms or complains, because it is accepted by the court, because it is government agencey that is used as only ligitiment source by court. for you to use fedex, you gave them a reasons to delay your app. now you have given them a reasons to delay your application,

But my friend, Do not worry they will send you the reciepts sooner or later, that is for sure, once they cash the check. - So Do not panic nor worry about it.

chill out and be of good mood, things will work out nothing to worry,

nifty
