anyone Received I-140 RFE after completing FP

I think, your cases (I-140 and I-485) have be combined. I have the same notice date but I have got my I-140 approved. So did not receive the FP notice. Your both applications is going to be adjudicated at the same time very soon.

I hope the same too. but worried if they raise any RFEs etc and that may delay more. Since my 140 is pending over an year now i dont want more problems.

One more question i got is i completed my FP but i am rescheduling FP for my wife. Do you guys see any problem and delaying my 485 due to that.

I have the same situation. Just got the email today saying I have an RFE. Most probably its regarding Education evaulation because mine is LC sub.

RFE mailed on 9-10-2004 ( not received yet )
