Anyone not received Fingerprint Notice ???

My I-485 receive date is July 2, 2001, Notice date is Aug 24 2001. California service center.
Have not received FP notice yet. Anyone in the same boat?
Surprisingly, my wife got one, and had her FP done. By the way, I am the principle applicant!!

Called CSCin mid Jan 2002 - they said they forgot. But it has been one month since then, and still nothing in the horizon!
Any suggestions??

Better check up.

Why dont you try the AVM and see if they have sent the FP notice. If not contact them and talk to the IIO. If that doesnt work contact your lawyer. I am not from CSC so I dont know the number. Hope you get your notice soon.
