Hello All:

I wanted to start a thread to see how many of us who got current on June 1st and had LUD since June 1st but no approvals :mad:

I know so many folks here got LUD one day and approval the next day, and my heartiest wishes to them all. They bring us all hope.

I became current on June 1st and had LUD on mine in 6/6 and spouse on 6/7 but no approval yet :confused:

Please post your deatails. PD and LUD on 485 since June 1st

Just returned from trying a walk-in to meet local office immi fella.. some circus and told that all clear, waiting for processing.

I dont believe what i hear today.....

I have taken a real infopass and find more in two weeks.
 
My LUD changed on 6/1 and 6/3, but no msg change. I have called the TSC rep and opened the service request.

EB3 India PD 09/2002, RD 10/2004, filed at TSC
 
I got my FP appt notice yesterday after two LUD changes. My last FP was on 07/05. Anyone with similar experience? I guess this is a good sign....

your case gives me hope. I had LUD changes on 06/05 and 06/06. Nothing after. I went to infopasss 2 weeks backs and I was told my namecheck was cleared. I hope it is for FP ( my prev FP has definitely expired ) . leo could u pls tell me when was your last LUD and was there any change in the msg.

I'm going on Monday again for the infopass. Will post updates here.

Hi, Did you asked USCIS to expedite your case by using EB2 Labor ?? Any updates ??

Yes my lawyer sent a interfilling letter back in Jan 2007 as soon as my EB2 dates became current. Interfilling meaning change the underlying I-140 to EB2 PD. No response till now.

Then came June 1st and my EB3 dates also became current and I am now hopefull that CIS even though may have tossed the earlier letter we sent out of the window, but hopefully now my file will come up for review and they may approve based on original EB3 PD. My lawyer sent another letter last week to remind CIS to use my EB2 PD on my I-1485

Its so irritating and frustrating at the same time. I did not have to wait for EB3 to become current. But here I am happy that my EB3 are now current. :mad: :(
 
Anybody here on this thread who got approved since? or any folks who had LUD with no message change since June 1st?
 
After two LUDs on 6/1 and 6/3, I got the FP appt letter last week and I gave my FP yesterday. No changes after that......
