As a 04/30 RD person who got their approval nearly 2 months
ago I sympathise with you.

Ask your lawyers to FAX and enquiry. The INS roughly
processes case by RD but can forget some cases,
particularly if they are assigned to an officer already.
If that officer leaves/goes on vacation etc without reassigning
his cases, you will fall through the cracks.

Still the same old message. \'999 days ....\'

Last week talked to INS officer for my address change. and she told me to wait 3 to 4 months. By the time it should approve otherwise give a call.
She told the JTI time should move to my RD date for any kind of inquiry.

Any suggestions?

I think there are only few april/may cases are waiting for approval.
