U are not alone...I am waiting too...my RD is July 17th and no RFE/no info....

The case as been with an officer since August 30th...so go figure whats going on with the INS...
 
Guys ......!

I am also in the same boat but with RD of 15th May and ND of 28th June. Atleast u guys are still better positioned as compared to me.

I have not received any RFE so far. Whenever I call NSC they say my case is still pending. It seems they want to lay EGGS on my case.

Lets see what is going to happen.

Humm.. just checked mine. It was also filed in CSC. Great job by our lawyer.

When you call the IIO at NSC, they should be able to tell you if your app. has been assigned.

what was your rfe about, I think

yours took around 12 months from 9/01 ND to 9/02 RFE so at least they opened your file in 12 months.

It seems to there are a lot of approvals for Aug 2001 RD. Any July 2001 RD approvals?

I don't know - what is wrong... still July 2001 RD persons waiting...
