Anyone knows that any of the recent approval, have use ACT21?
Since my details dates actually is before most of these approval with the exception of I use ACT 21.

WAC 01-286-5xxxxx (EB3 RIR)
RD September 17, 2001
FP May 30, 2002
Laid of June 12, 2002
Received RFE September 4, 2002
Start new Job with Act21 September 9, 2002
Sent RFE October 10, 2002 ( need to wait for a few paystubs)
INS ack on REF November 1, 2002

Still waiting for approval

Is it right assumption that whoever use the ACT21 will may go to interview ?

I have used AC21 but all I have seen in this forum is the folks have been called for interviews... GCVij

there's a thread in 485 portability thread where a person posted who got approved without interview after reply to to rfe. i think yee man chan who got approved.
and there were couple of posts in VSC also who got approved using AC21 without interview.
 
Procedure for ACT-21

Can anyone please let me know about the procedure for ACT-21.

What forms has to be submitted and to which address.
