Hi,

Did anyone knows if you can change your job after 180 but without having yet your EAD card? I applied october 15 in NCS, my 180 days from filing I-485 will be done.December 1st I'm planning to change job so ....can or I have to wait till a get the EAD card?

Is your I-140 approved?

To change employer under AC21 clause, you can either do a H-1B transfer or invoke EAD.

Yes. My I-140 is approved back in 2006
