Does anyone know whether INS Newark office does EAD/AP renewal? What the timeframe looks like?
My EAD/AP is going to expire in early November. I just called a male IIO this afternon and he said firmly that it is very unlikely something is going to happen in the next 30-60 days. So I need to worry about EAD/AP renewal now.
If anyone has information about this or you have recent experience, please shed a light.
I think most unfortunate September filers are facing this problem now. Should we discuss this problem??
