Anyone know what this means for AP?

I checked my AP status online and it said:

On November 25, 2002, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.

Does that mean my AP case has already been approved?
But so far I didn't receive anything yet.

Anybody has any idea?

Your RD and ND? Did you submit your AP application along with your I-485?

I believe it is approved. Let us know when you receive it (I mean the approval notice).
 
I submited AP with I-485. RD is 10/16/2002, ND is 10/31/2002.

It seemed that AP approval notice was sent out on 11/25/2002, but I have not received anything so far....
 
Did you use an attorney? If so, contact your attorney, INS probably sent the approval notice to him/her. I read a posting here. You can get one from your local INS office without any charge if your case takes a long time or you did not receive it after a long time waiting. Just need to fill out I-131 form again and two photos. Give them your I-131 receipt notice. Try it!
