LIN - Nebraska Processing Center
SRC - Texas Processing Center
EAC - Vermont Processing Center
WAC - California Processing Center
Next 2 digit - year of application, such as 07 if applied in year 2007
Next 3 digits - day in the year, this would be 095 if applied in April 5
Remaining 5 digits - (My Guess) This is a 5 digit sequence number that rolls over to 00000 after 99999. Also this is simply incremented upon allocation to a particular case.
