I am stuck in name check just like so many other people on this forum. I will be completing 120days period soon after which plan to file a lawsuit (based on 1447(b)).

Looking for a good lawyer in NJ who can represent me for this lawsuit. Any recommendations? How is "Law offices of Dornbaum & Peregoy"?

I personally don't know about these lawyers. But you can employ Rajiv Khanna or Siskind (visalaw.com).

But be aware it costs anywhere from $2000.00 - $4000.00 for 1447(b). And I personally doubt in cases of Name Check how helpful it is.

It may be better to go thru the Congressperson, Senator route before embarking on this expensive route.
