I applied for my 140 application in the March of last year. I got an RFE this year on educational evaluance. Replied back and the status changed on June 23rdto the fact that the CIS had recieved my reply. Since then there has been no change in status. Anyone in the same boat?
 
EB2/EB3?
can you info regarding Education Evaluation like 3/4 year degree.

mine is EB3, 3 year degree, filed in jan,04 no updation till now

I am in same boat.
RFE reply recieved by USCIS on June 23rd. 8 LUD changes after that, no change is status yet. Last LUD change on 7/28.
 
I am in the same boat. I got RFE on educational evaluation. Response was received by INS 2.5 months back. Still waiting.

RFE: 05/13/2004
RFE received by INS: 06/04/2004

Since its been more than 2.5 months have you called CIS to find out more. They are supposed to respond in 60 days.

Please keep me posted on any new developments.

You atleast know that someone looked at your case. Mine filed Feb 2003, no updates whatsoever!

140 approved

My 140 got approved today. If it helps I got my lawyer to send an email inquiry about 3 weeks ago. I don't know if that helped, but just letting you know

140 applied RD - March '03
RFE: Educational evaluation May - 04
Replied and status changed June 23rd 2004 for RFE reply received.
Approved August 24th 2004

I have a BE Computer Technology. 7 years exp. when applied.

No 1st FP Yet.

The LUD on I485 - 05/21/2004 - No Status Update

My I140 was Approved on 07/15/2004 after RFE - ND 07/07/2003

Please share the info if you get FP Notice and also the progress you Make.
 
What the lawyer said

This is what my lawyer said. He said he has setup a representative account on the uscis website. The email he sent was just a regular e-mail inquiring about the status of the case. You know how lawyers are, he wouldn't disclose anything more than necessary.

what's yours Service center and category? VSC? or CSC? CSC is now approving whole 140/485 in 4 months !!!
But, VSC adjudicators are toughest.
 
I am in the same boat. RFE replied June 18th. RFE on experience evaluation. LUD didn't change since then.
