Anyone in the forum with EAC020435XXXX still waiting??

Wanted to check of anyone wating for approval with this EAC number sequence?

My friend had responded with his wife's Medical RFE on Dec 12th,
hasn't still heard back from the INS. My friends case was approved on Nov 14th though!

Now news yet. Process resumed on Mar 14/02..

I must be the only unlucky one.

RFE: second week of Oct '02(for employment letter, last 6 paystubs)

Changed the company in between and sent the response for RFE.

RFE response received by INS in the last week of Nov '02.

Still waiting for the approval.

Called IIO in december and was told that something should happen in Jan-03, otherwise call back, so far nothing.

This sucks big time.......
