Anyone in Retrogression seen their LUD change?

My info is in my sig. I'm 8 months short of the EB3-World cutoff date. I've been checking my case status on the USCIS website and the only time my I-485 status changed was when I got my fingerprints taken.

I just checked today, and my I-485 LUD (last updated date) changed to Aug 19, 2006. Something else interesting is that my AP date changed to a July date, even though it was approved back in April.

Anyone else noticed this?

I know the USCIS said they would continue to process I-485 applications that were affected by retrogression. Could this be a sign that the USCIS belives my priority date will soon become available?

The same thing happened on my case as well.I have lud on 8/24 and 8/25 not sure what this is about...My priprity date is several months away as well..
 
Same thing with my case. I saw an LUD on 8/1906. I am not sure what to make of it. May be they just cleaned some dust from the file.
No change of date on AP.

EB3 India.

I see that your PD is 03/02. Do you have the date.

it depends

Mine has not been updated since 2003. Although I have been doing numerous finger printings, interview, after that 2003.
 
LUD changed on 7/26/2006

Mine and My wife 485 LUD changed on 7/26/2006. Not sure Why. I am EB3 India . P.D June 2002.
 
My PD is July 2002 EB3 India,

We recvd, RFE for Medicals for my wife, after replying to RFE LUD changed for myself and wife case

don't know whatz going, I have not recvd any RFE, so I am assuming my case is all good to go ;)

I just think these guys are bored at their desk playing solitarie and now thought of trying something new :))

You are absolutely right about the USCIS officers being bored out of their minds these days. The moment they stated that they would be working on retrogressed cases and people with retrogressed PDs started seeing RFEs I was convinced that USCIS did not have much work to do. If they were truly flooded with thousands of cases with current PDs then they would not have the time to issue RFEs and such to 02 and 03 PD cases. This whole thing is a joke ... to bad we are on the receiving end.

My priority date is Oct 200. Me & My wife's LUD changd on 8/24 & 8/25. I was almost certain to receive approval today but Damnnnnn.
Making concrete plan and mindset to go back to Desh also. Will probably have a better life over there.
