Anyone I-485 RD Sept 2001 left?

It has been close to 3 years since my wife and I submitted the I-485 and have had several EAD's and FP's renewed. Our case is still not approved!

Anyone in the same boat?

I'm in the similar boat if not exactly same.

My RD is Nov'17th 2001 and ND is Nov'29th 2001. 1 FP, 1 RFE and 3 EADs, yet no end in sight.

It is very sad when people from 04-07/2202 got approved when Sep 2001 still pending. I don't understand this anymore in my company I was the first to file I-485 on 02/2002 at least four people get approved with RD from 04-06 2002 while my case is pending with RD 02/2002.

Hi GC92001 and thukralrk,
I saw that you filed a year after I did as I filed my I-485 in August, 2000. I only got approved in January of this year. As such, you have been waiting longer than the established bunch of days the USCIS says they are taking to process the case. It is time to contact the congressman/woman representing your electoral district to make an enquiry of the NSC as to why it is taking so friggin' long. This is what I did last year and 6 months later, our passports were stamped. Also, do not be afraid of interviews with the USCIS as the questions they ask are standand questions.
