did the date change from july 18 2003 to july 23 20003 for alien of advanced ability. did they move 1 week finally after 1 year.

did anyone get a approval post here if advanced ability i-140 between july 18 and july 23 2003. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE PENDING I-485 IFI-140 was approved??

In fact, it did move last month for one week.

However, It's not moved again for whole month and for every kind of I-140...

There is a news talking about they plain to DELAY all I-140 until you I-485 is ready to review.

which means you might need waiting for another 1-2 years.
 
what about non-concurrent filed 140 that also not moving. my company filed 140 only but there is no movement from last 1 year.
They are not working on all 140 only working on 485. In vermont date moved to FEB.27 04 and California showing same date from last 4-6 months also griiling 140.
Dont know what will happen for 140. This year also about to end and there is no movement on 140 and within 2 months H1 processing will start means again delay.

i am looking to find even one case of date between july 18 and july 23. does that mean i-140 will move 1 week every calendar month?

so if so it will take 4 months to move from july to august and to reach august of this year it will take 48 months or 4 years unless the ones after april get lucky in con current processing .either way people before mar 2004 are delayed unless there is some divine intervention somewhere.
 
from last 4-6 months its moving like that only, 1week or 2 week.
Don know what the hell is going on?
