anyone heard of two Name Check request issues?

I had INFOPASS two weeks ago and officer A told me that my Name Check for I485 filed on March 2004(PD July 1 2002) is still pending.

Today I went for an INFOPASS again and wanted to find out when my Name Check Was requested. The officer B told me:
my March 2004 Name Check request
was pending, and my March 2006 Name Check request is cleared. CIS took the most recent one and thus my
NC is considered cleared and the March 2004 request of NC is not needed.
I questioned him that I was having INFOPASS two weeks ago and another officer A simply Informed me that my
NC is still pending. Today's officer B just said the previous officer A might be confused of two Name Check requests.


Does anyone have heard of such two NC request? I was about to file Mandamus in a few days. Now I am hesitating
of which one tells me the truth. I called USCIS today and am informed that USCIS doesn't have this NC information.
What else I could do to find out the truth of my NC?
 
Check out the user, moddy22 - he had two namechecks initiated....one cleared within an year but the second namecheck kept him stuck....until he filed WOM lawsuit and 485 got approved in 1 week...
Driller....had two namechecks.....realized after approval, thx to approaching Laura Bush..

USCIS is so dumb! these two guys just got stuck in namecheck...even though the first one cleared, long back!

but I can't find the user 'moddy22' and got the message of 'Invalid User specified. '. Could you double check if it is spelled as moddy22?

I did find Driller's posts and his signature. I agree USCIS reps. are a wasting of time everytime I called them--never got any info. from them . I wish someone in USCIS could simply just confirm with me: your name check is pending(cool-- I will file Mandamus right now); or your name check is cleared(fine, don't file Mandamus).

Now it is very time sensitive for my I485. My organization is going through re organization next year soon, and who knows what will happen. It is like running against time, the earlier to get rid of name check curse the better.
btw: I am ROW and PD is 07/01/2002
