Here is an advice for you about Phoenix office:
you might run in to a supervisor named Ms.Couchman, stay away from this person, she is a nightmare, rude, unhelpful and I lier.
There is two balck ladies one her name is Mrs.Wilson and I dont know the other lady's name, both are very nice and helpful.
One older lady who is thin and wears glasses is very helpful. The bottom line is stay away from Couchman is she is a @#$%.
