I filled my I-140/485 last year with a substitute labor of 2001. I got my AP & EAD
Now I got a query in I-140 in which states to submit W2 of 2002-2003 of mine.
I worked on payroll for 2002-2003 legally but the amount which I am earning is less than the salary offered in petition draft.
Now my question is that if me and company pay back wages, does it have any effect on my company or is there any way to come out?
Does anyone have similar experience and an advice to share?
