One of my friends got his PERM EB3 approved a few months ago. Now his company agree to help him file EB2 PERM with slightly different title.
Is he able to get two PERMS approved for the same company? As far as I remember, there are some memos which mention no duplicate PERM before, and I am not sure whether it is still true.
