Anyone has the problem to access Entrant Status Check

I an a newbie here. Has anyone faced the problem to access Entrant Status Check 2013 now? I just cannot log in my account. Moreover, I surely input the correct information requred.

Please help me to check it (log in your account) right now and appreciate your replies. Thanks!

I still get that error message on my laptop. I have no idea why. I cleared everything - temp files, cookies, all the rubbish they clutter your browser with. I still get that message. Luckily, my husband's laptop does not have that problem. So I could check my status successfully on his.

Found out it's working on IE9 but not on Firefox. Don't know why...
