Anyone has same experience?

It's been three weeks since I submitted my application package (NIW 140&485) to CSC, but I have not received the receipt notice from USCIS. Check the FedEx website, it shows the package was received by USCIS on July 5. Does anyone know if it is normal? Why is it so slow? Thanks a lot.

If you check a couple of CSC threads,
people are reporting the same thing as yours.

CSC currently is not chunning out many
approvals. Their processing dates are not
moving. Finger printings are also super-slow.

Maybe large number of USCIS officers are
on vacation or something....
