anyone has re-stamp experience at sanjose INS

I have to do re-stamp on my passport since
the i-551 stamp will be expired this month.

any one has such experience?

any forms? or need photos? or need FP again? need $$?

What time should be good getting there?

is it useful to call 1800 ## querying why
the card takes so long time?
