anyone has medical test details or ineligiblity due to medical history

I have been trying to get information on what all tests are performed during the medical examination. I have found some information for family based immiigration but have not found anything specific for consular processing.

Is there anyone having experience of having problems with getting a GC visa due to a medical condition?

Any information would be quite valuable as we understand the process better
