I am waiting for my EAD renewal. VSC received my I-765 application on Dec 19, 2003 and it has already been over 90 days. Since my current EAD is expiring next week, I want to get Interim EAD from INS Philadelphia. Anyone has any experience with Philadelphia office. What are the cocuments required and do they accept walk ins. Also do you need to take 2 photographs.
