Anyone has I-140 pending at CSC filed around Nov 2002.

Yes, I have two friends. Their cases have been pending since Oct 2002. My I-140 is around same time and has been approved in Oct 2003 after received 2 RFEs. My EAD is still pending since Oct 2002.
