As I mentioned in my other thread about my interview cancelled due to bad weather in Dallas. As a matter of fact on 02/12/10 was my interview date in Dallas but Dallas had almost 13'' of snow ( very unusual for dallas ) that day & USCIS office was closed. All it said in the office door is " Closed office for bad weather ". Now my question to all forum members is Do I have to do anything from my part in order to re-schedule my interview date ? Or USCIS will automatically send new dates to all applicants that missed interviews that day ? Yes, I was not the only one but all them folks those were scheduled that day had their interview cancelled.
Please share your thoughts or experience or what ever you know on this matter. Now if I would miss this because of my fault I definitely had to take steps on this on my part but since it was not my fault ( actually no body is responsible for this ) but the USCIS office itself was closed for bad weather. So I need to know if I need to do anything or simply wait for USCIS to reschedule us.
Thanks.
