Anyone had cases transferred from CSC to Vermont?

I got a strange notification from BCIS saying that my case wac 02-205 -5xxxxx was transferred from California to Vermont. The cryptic message accompanying the notice said that Vermont had jurisdiction over this case. This is rather strange considering I live and work in California and my fortune 500 company is also based over here.

According to my lawyers, the case was transferred to Vermont to help speed up the process. I'm not too sure however.

Anyone else have any ideas?

Did you by any chance change employers using AC-21? Which center approved your I-140?
