Anyone Got Their Approval After Interview - Please Respond

Any idea how many days is it taking for approval after the interview. I was interviewed in sacramento last month and haven't received my approval yet.

WHEN I looked at the other thread it said 2nd interview for your wife. Why is it a second interview.Didn't they get all they wanted in the first interview? Did u get a chance to go to the office and
enquire the status? I am fedexing a status inquiry today.Do u think they will answer?
 
My wife's case is kind of fu**edup case. When I went for interview in June'02 my wife couldn't go due to obvious reasons and officer told me that it is OK and I will approve her case also, but that jerk did not approve her case. We came to know only when we went for PP stamping at SFO INS. So after waiting for 7 months she got interview on 02/13/03 so that's why I said 2nd interview.

My lawyer said she has sent an inquiry but I have not heard any thing from INS or my lawyer yet. I will again ping my lawyer next week.

I am not sure if they will reply to your inquiry but there is no harm, we are already screwed so how does it make a difference for another inch.

I apologizes in advance for my language but you can understand my frustration. It has been two yrs when we applied 485 and we have already paid so much for this shit GC in terms of every thing now I am tired of waiting.

I don't know why they called me and my wife for interview, the agent didn't mention either. It was in SFO office. Just as any fyi, it took me 4 years for GC to be approved. I have been a silent vistor to this site for past 2years and the only reason I registered was because I saw a lot of postings recently where people were getting frustrated. Please don't loose hope, all is well that ends well. May sai help you all.

our receipt of I 485 was 12/7/2001 - any hope for us? we have just been wacked with another $ 3300 legal fee to renew my husbands H1b and have used up almost all our savings between green card costs , high cost of living where we live ( but we can't move due to no green card ) etc and are feeling very down and very desperate.

Since u'r recipt date is so close to the date that BCIS is processing I hope u'r approvals will come through very fast.Why does he need H1B when he can work on EAD which is much more cheaper 120 dollars to file it. But make sure it is filed for atleast 90 days so that u can go and get a IEAD from local office
 
I had my interview on Thursday 03/13/03 and it was approved on same day(Thursday). If u are believer in Sai, continue to have faith in him and you all will get approvals soon.
