Anyone successfully got their AOS package accepted for October?

I know 3 cases of rejection. Like to know any one succeeded.

Can the rest share their outcome
 
I sent mine yesterday (9/11), with a cover page and the policy memo. It should arrive tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

Please update us, DvPerm. I am current based on this Oct VB and want to confirm if they are accepting AOS package before i send out.
 
Is there any advantage in sending your package early? Do you expect your interview to be scheduled sooner that otherwise?

It depends on your case. Mine is current in Nov but my L1 visa expires on 31st Oct. Under the new PM, they will accept my i485 once the VB is out although they will only process the case when it is current.

This saves me from going for my L1 extension.

OK. Cool :)

I guess I will plan for a delivery on the 1st day of my "current" month to avoid potential complications, when the time comes.
 
Yes I saw Spice updated the spreadsheet. His check has also been cashed.

Mine is going out tomorrow.
