Anyone got reject on application? What the immigration ship from address for the document?

Hi,

I have a question on people who ever got rejection or return for N400 application incomplete or having discrepancy. Is the ship from address the service center(Like Luisville, TX) or the field office(Dallas, Houston..) in your home address territory? Thanks for the help.

I believe it should be from NBC. If the application is not complete, then NBC
won't forward it to the local DO in teh first place.

I don't know what will happen If the application is flawed but the NBC still forwards the application to the local DO and the local DO find the application
can not be processed.
