Anyone got EAD in INS Phily Office

I wonder whether or not I can get new EAD and AP from INS local office at Philadelphia with I-485 receipt.

Has anybody done it and what the process like? Do I need appointment or just walk in?

You can just walk in and get your EAD on the same day after submitting I-765 Form, copy of I-485 receipt and $ 100. They accept personal checks and there is no need to take the photograhs. Also carry your passport.

Do I have to live in Philidophia area in order to go to the local office? I live in NJ, can I go to Philidophia area center?
