Anyone got EAD after RFE recently

I applied for EAD in Dec 2003 and got RFE in April end 2003 which was received by Vermont on May 5, 2004. I am still waiting for EAD approval. Anyone with similar experience or anyone getting EAD after submitting RFE.
Please reply and also advice what else can be done.
I have to Philadelphia center couple of times and after spending 4-5 hours, I have came back empty handed because of red tapism.

Nature of RFE ??

What did they ask for. Couple of my friends got RFEs for clear identification pictures. And they both got EADs after an answer was sent. Their ND is about 10/2003 ish and from NSC.
 
I am in the same situation too. I replied for the RFE and INS site updated on 6/29. Don't know how long it will take now.

Radhika, did u try enquiring or send a fax?

They asked for copies of passport I-94 and copies of DL [additional pic id]
 
Don't worry then

Yes, my friends also were asked Drivers Licenses for clear Identification. Not 94s though. They got EADs so you should get also. When - God knows.
