Anyone got assessment letter from Buffalo this year?

Checked several other forums, no one got assessment letter from Buffalo so far this year. Hopefully they are still processing applications. Most recent one got letter I saw was submitted on May 10, That was one month ago.

Any one got assessment letter from Buffalo. Are they holding all application until June.

I have the initial assessment, but for sponsoring my Mom/brother.

so they are still processing applications.
