Anyone gone through CP in London?

Hi!

Has anyone gone through CP in London? I am contemplating doing that and wanted to understand pros and cons of doing that in London v/s in Bombay where I am from. Also any ideas in terms of timing of interview/approval from the time of filing would be helpful in making my decision.

To give you some background, I am in the process of starting my GC application through multinational executive transfer (i.e., I can skip the labor certification and go straight to adjustment of status or CP) I have H-1B in the US valid till end of 2005 and am in the UK for next 4+ months on an assignment.

Hi. Thanks for your response! Any thoughts on how long it would take to do AOS from VSC? That would help me compare the two and make a decision on whether the speed benefit is enough for it to be worthwhile to go through the hastle of CP (I have lived in 8 countries for more than 6 months since age of 16 - and I shudder at the thought of having to collect police clearances from all of them :) )
