cp in moscow - started
I got my papers sent to Moscow and waiting for an interview to be scheduled. Supposedly it takes much less time then doing AOS in the US. So, after you got your i140 approved, you should tell INS that you want to do CP and they will then send all the paperwork to Moscow Consulate.
There is very little information about what goes on there, and very little about people\'s experiences. That may be because few people do this and those who do have nothing to share afterwards (hopefully, for good reasons).
