Anyone getting Interim EAD after 10th July

Hi

I had applied for my EAD .
Applied on: 04/10/06
Reciept date:04/11/06
FP date: 04/23/06
Supporting docs reached on 22nd may 2006.

Applied for Interim EAD . Got an appointment on 11th July.

When reached Newark office they said they dont issue any Interim cards from this office.

My friend got her interim ead from the same place on April 24th.

Has any law changed or anything?Please let me know. I have a job in hand .


Anyone who has got interim ead during july???

I am very concerned about your case as well as mine, because I applied
may 3, nd may 8, last update may 13. no response or approval or anything.
I have my appt in newark on aug 18. What are you planning to do then?

Hi,
My story: Applied to VSC on May 18, LUD: June 6. Nothing happened ever since, still waiting for any update. Got an interim EAD in local D.C. (VA) office. They only issue them for 3 months, and only every Wednesday, so you'll have to wait a week to get one. They only asked for I-20, application receipt, and passport. Then they take your picture and fingerprints right there. I have no idea when the actual EAD card will be approved , they keep lying to me on the phone about putting in referrals and case update requests, but I never got a single case update or anything at all. I just hope they didn't lose it...
