Anyone get "silence" from the case status 800 number

I thought I'd check the AVM system for my case status to see if it reflected the online status (FP2s received 6/12, etc.) and after punching in my case, it said to wait while the system retrieved the records... I waited 10 minutes and nothing but silence during that time... anyone else experience this with the 800 number?

try after hanging the first call, you should be fine. You will hear the same old crap and wonder what they are doing.

It worked on my third try. They should at least use some music or a beep to let you know they are still "there". :(
