My EAD is expiring on December 12th. My EAD Notice date is 08/20/02 and I still have not recieved it. I am thinking of going this week to dallas local office but have heard that they do not issue same day EAD.
Has anyone gone recently. Does "no same day EAD" mean that they still will take your application and issue interim EAD afer a few days after doing background check ?
