I saw my friend just got Plastic Card, his PP was stamped just 3 weeks back in Charlotte His srvc ctr is TSC. I live in NC but my Srvc Ctr. is NSC. I got my PP Stamped in CHarlotte 5 weeks ago, nothing had happend since than.
My question is: Plastic Cards are being ordered by Service Crt or Local INS ofice where you get yr PP Stamped?
I am planning for Trip to India, if I do not receive my card by Oct, I will have to go for UK Transit Visa...
