Anyone from Nov/Dec 2002 ?

My I140 receipt date is December 10, 2002. (concurrent filing). Are there any Nov/Dec 2002 cases still pending ? Lawyer has opened an inquiry (second one) with the service center. I see a lot of 2003 cases being approved. Is this common, or is my case lost

it's quite common with uscis.
i am also waiting since oct 2002. eb2. no response to couple of enquiries placed.
Hope that they approve the i-140 & 485 together now....
