Is there anybody from DEC 2003 still waiting for I-140?? I see people from August 2004 and about the same PD as mine getting their approvals. I have contacted the local senator, but it seemed worthless.

Hi, psilva00,

I totally understands your situation, but you need to wait the NSC publishing date move past to your date before you can start an inqury, just wait another two months, I believe they will move finally, it could also jump.

What does your attorney say?
 
Sep 2003 here !

I am a Sep-2003 filer, still waiting for I-140 approval. My case is stuck in security review. I don't know what the heck that means although my FP and name check results were sent to CIS.
 
Guys please don't forget me. Mine is Sept. 2003. EB2-Concurrent.
In my previous post I had mentioned latest news from senator office. When it is concurrent NSC can follow either 485 processing dates or 140 processing dates!!! NSC officer did a good brainwash to senator!!!!!!!

The worse

My I-140 is still pending since January-2003...I think my case is the worse ever. :mad:

:eek: I guess it IS the worst that I have seen till now! Hang in there--hopefully you will get some good news soon. So what reason did NSC give you?
