Anyone for H1B visa stamping in Tijuana on Dec 13th
I've my appointment for new H1B visa stamping in Tijuana on Dec 13th @10am. Anyone have appointment on same date at the same place? I do not have a mexican visa. I am not sure if mexican visa is mandatory. If it is, then I might have to apply for one and postpone my appointment date. The last date to change my appointment is 6th December, 2006. Please do let me know if it is mandatory.
I started my H1B in May, 2005 from employer-1 and then later transferred to employer-2 in May 2006.
Do I need any docs from my old employer? Can anyone give me the list of docs needed from (i) employer-1 and (ii) employer-2?
