When you filed your application? Since Dec 2004 should be sent to Chicago Lockbox if you are from GA.
Timelines all depends on God help, cause all depends when you can get your FP & Bio done, after the FBI checked it then it comes the approval of the EAD, it can takes as long as 90 days.
